Singing... We Have the Victory! Do you realize that it really doesn't matter what you're going through... You Have the Victory! When you know WHO you are, it's that KNOWING that comes with clarity, power, courage, confidence, and solutions! I recall a time in my life whereas I was between a rock and a hard place and in confrontation with the doctors! I was in labor with
my 3rd child and the doctors were telling me, "Oh Mrs. Hatton, it's going to be a while. You might as well get comfortable. Please lay right here and stay on this bed... Blah blah blah!" I said, "Excuse me sir, this baby is coming TODAY so I need to get up off of this bed, walk around, and I'll be back shortly!"
There was a lot of chaos going on. They wanted me to sign papers, etc. (Women, we know our bodies. When it's time, it's time!) I looked up to the ceiling in the labor room and I said, "God, cover me and my baby!" That's it, that's all I needed to say. I didn't run around the bed 7 times. I didn't have to spin around like the exorcist and cause a scene. All I said was,
"God, cover me and my baby!" (That's a rock and a hard place... standing between labor pains and doctors that won't proceed) My God!
I got up, walked around the hospital, walked around the harbor, went to sit down, and had to be rushed back to the hospital! God blessed me to give birth to an amazing son without any difficulties! That same doctor walked up to my hospital bed and said, "Mrs. Hatton, I must say, you were right. That baby was due today!"
Attractive Thinker Gem: You have to KNOW WHO YOU ARE in this life or life will spin you through some loops and have you experiencing some unnecessary circumstances... all because you don't know who you are! Knowing who you are is a game changer and positions you for victory every single time!
Remember, if it's not God-purposed, it will definitely be God-used!
