"I see a lot of depression with business owners. What are some ways to deal with depression?"

"Great Day, Attractive Thinker!
#1 All depression is not depression! A lot of business owners are in business to make money so they don't have a hole in their pocket but they're not addressing the hole in their soul! Money without meaning equals misery! It's exhausting to continue to put out energy in your business while the others areas of life are not being addressed (relationships, health, finances, environment, spirituality, mindset, etc.) because you're too tired
and are out of fuel at the end of the day.
#2 A lot of business owners know what action steps to take but are being mentally pulled back due to an untamed mind. ... they don't have mental tools to stay mentally strong, confident, and focused. A mind that has not been addressed is running rampant on autopilot and business owners aren't dealing with any new form of depression, it's the SAME depression day in and day out!
#3 You can always trace a feeling back to a thought! Thoughts trigger emotions, so if a person is feeling down, hopeless, uncertain, etc. They can immediately become aware of their thoughts and shift into a higher thought vibration. I've never seen a happy face with sad thoughts or a sad face with happy thoughts!
