At this very moment, I want you to write down what emotion you were experiencing PRIOR TO reading this email. This is important, !
It's possible to embrace, nurture, get used to, operate in all day long, and attract a certain emotion that you may not be aware of because it's how you've felt for so long!
Once you discover what this emotion is, ask yourself this question:
Why do I feel like this?
Don't judge it. This is an assessment only. In order to know which emotion you are dealing with, assess it, and/or shift it, you must ask yourself this question at least 7 times. Each time you ask yourself this question, write down your responses. Your responses may be different each time because you are getting deeper and deeper to the root cause of why you
consistently feel this way.
Clarity is key!
Once you discover your repetitive emotion, ask yourself this question:
Does this emotion support me in
accomplishing my goals today/tomorrow or does this emotion cause me to retreat and settle for a routine day of low expectations?
