Ask yourself this question, , "Why do I support everyone else?" Record your responses on a piece of paper. List the people who you currently or have supported in the past on the left side of the page. Then on the right side of the page, list the reasons why.
Example!
Who you support: Why?:
My children... so that they can be the best
that they can be
Now, take a look at this list and read your reasons "why" that you have recorded on the right side of the page. Say to yourself, I deserve to receive this same kind of support.
Example: "I deserve to have
someone support me in being the best that I can be!"
Now, how does that feel? Breathe... Say it again! Read the right side of your list. Then compile sentences about you for every reason why you deserve to be supported, based on what you've listed about why you support others.
