You know, , reaching your health/wellness goals is not as difficult as you may think or anticipate.  A lot of people struggle with accomplishing their goals because they've been struggling for so long that they don't believe that they can accomplish their goals.  Your body is simply amazing!  It is designed to heal you and keep you alive at any cost.  As soon as you cut your finger, healing begins!  As soon as you begin to drink enough water for your body type, your cells begin to respond to that and things start moving in the right direction.  

Someone once asked me if I thought that there was a remedy for their particular ailment.  Yes!  The answers are in living food!  Living people need living food.  When we eat living food, we are eating our medicine, instead of eating food-like products and popping pills.  Start today by drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water.
