Attractive Tips for The Day After Thanksgiving:

Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day.
If you weight 150 lbs., drink 75 ounces of water each day to remain
fully hydrated.)

Include fresh squeezed lemons and/or RAW apple cider vinegar in your
water to detox, burn fat, and support with digesting hard to digest meals!

To keep your blood pressure and blood sugar balanced, save leftovers
for the week after or spread them out over every other day.

Eat plenty of fruits/vegetables... remember fruit is your cleanser and
veggies are your healers!

Exercise at least 30 minutes/day. You don't have to go to the gym to
workout. Walking in place or up/down the stairs is exercise. Jumping Jacks
is exercise. Using the last step on your staircase as a stair stepper
is great for increasing the heart rate.
